Craft Domains was created to develop and add value to real estate properties in the Metro Atlanta area. The venture has evolved through its principal, Darren Comer, to provide a full service suite of real estate services including residential and commercial brokerage, advisory, owners representation, construction management, new development feasibility studies, financial pro formas and business planning, for buyers, sellers, investors and property owners.
About the Principal – Darren is an experienced real estate investor and broker with 14 years of experience. Most recently Darren has been an active real estate broker with Keller Knapp Realty and has brokered over $100 million in total transaction value spanning residential and commercial sales and leases. Darren is an active developer and investor and has personally invested in new construction and income producing properties valued over $20 million. Additionally, he offers service as an owner’s representative project manager for new construction and renovation projects. Prior to managing his own business and focusing full-time on real estate Darren was a Development Manager with the Novare Group overseeing the development of over $500m in urban high-rise condominium and hotel projects in the Southeast. Darren also spent time as a fixed income sales and trading investment banker with Wachovia Bank (now Wells Fargo). He spent several years in the event management and consulting industry with large scale international events such as the Olympic Games, World Cup Soccer, US Open Tennis, and the NFL Super Bowl. He is a Co-Owner of a successful Irish Pub and Restaurant business in the City of Decatur. Darren earned a Master of Science degree in Finance from The Queen’s University of Belfast, (Northern Ireland) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Banking & Finance) degree from University College Dublin (Ireland). Darren was appointed by the Commissioners and serves as a board member of the Downtown Development Authority of the City of Decatur, Georgia. He is a member the Atlanta Board of Realtors and has been awarded top producer status for every year that he has been a member of and has attained lifetime membership of the Top Producers Club.
Darren lives in the City of Decatur, Georgia with his wife and children.
